The WINs (a single rv group) convene each spring at Sylamore Creek Campground near Moutain View, Arkansas. The campground owner is the best and it doesn't get any better than springtime in the Ozark National Forest! 
It is always fun to go into Mtn. View to wander around the courthouse square. They have since moved this well photographed chair and painted it red!

Ruthie gets in a little toe tapping in Mtn. View. The area is quite well known for the different music venues that keep alive music in the Ozarks.
Music groups are found all around the courthouse square. Often visitors join in and jam with the groups. People come from far and near to enjoy the mountain music.
Back at the campground we practiced for our own band
Mary decided to come up and join us. Mary and I let her pitch her tent between our volks wagons.

The Mountain View area is well known for the trout fishing. Jim, Bobbie, and I went drift fishing in Jim's boat on the White River.
We were quite proud of our catch which contributed to the fish fry. We caught these rainbows on power bait.
Alice jogged across an old bridge at a nearby campground that crosses Upper Sylamore Creek.
Not far from our campground is Blanchard Springs Caverns, one of the finest in my opinion. Many of us took one of the tours.
Further down the road is a nice trail that follows alongside the creek that flows from the Blanchard Springs.
On the final night of our get together we lit a large brush pile on the banks of the creek.
